Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is set in a garden setting, but the rooms are very small and the bathrooms are cramped and poorly ventilated with inadequate lighting. The service lacks hospitality manners, especially at the restaurant and swimming pool, although some staff members are cooperative. The location is slightly on the outskirts, but it is peaceful with easy access to attractions like Ellora caves. The dining experience was a great disappointment, and the facilities need improvement.
The hotel rooms were disappointing with high sunlight exposure and cleanliness issues due to poorly trained staff. The service, although slow, was saved by the helpful and polite staff who arranged great day trips. The location, despite being slightly outskirts, offers a good garden setting but lacks cleanliness. The dining experience was below average. Overall, the facilities were subpar.
The hotel is ideally situated on the way to Ellora caves with a superb location in wonderful India. The rooms, though clean and could be wonderful, are very off to much sunlight in the daytime. The service, while helpful in arranging day trips, is slow and unresponsive at times. The dining was below average and lacked variety, leading to some disappointments. However, the hotel offers a homemade soup that stands out. Overall, it's a mix of positives and negatives with room for improvement.
